Using the Kanban Board
The Kanban board turns your project's feedback into cards you can move across status lanes, so you can see at a glance what's still open, what's being worked on, and what's finished. It's the fastest way to work through a pile of pins without opening each one individually.
Switching to Board View
Inside a project you can view feedback as a list or as a board. Choose the board view to see every comment laid out as a card grouped under its current status. Unlike the list, the board shows all matching feedback at once rather than one page at a time, so you get the whole picture in a single screen.
The Status Lanes
Each card sits in one of four lanes that represent where a piece of feedback is in its lifecycle. Cards move from left to right as work progresses.
Lane | What it means |
|---|---|
Open | New feedback that no one has started yet. |
In Progress | A teammate is actively working on the item. |
Completed | The team considers the fix done and is waiting on the reviewer to confirm. |
Resolved | The reviewer confirmed the feedback was addressed and the item is closed. |
Moving a Card
Drag a card from one lane and drop it into another to change its status. When you move a card into a status that asks the reviewer for something, you may be prompted to add a short reason — for example asking for proof, or noting that a fix isn't working.
Working a Card in Place
Cards carry more than a status. Open or hover a card to assign an owner, add labels and tags, set a due date, and record the type and severity of the issue. These same details also drive filtering, so tagging cards well keeps the board easy to scan later.
Narrowing What the Board Shows
The board respects the filters you set on the project. You can limit cards by label, tag, assignee, comment type, severity, viewport, page URL, date range, or a text search. The view you build is reflected in the page link, so reloading or sharing that link reproduces the same board for whoever opens it.
