Recording Screen Feedback
Sometimes a single pin isn't enough to explain what's wrong — a hover state that flickers, a broken flow across several pages, or a bug that's hard to describe in words. A screen recording lets you capture what you're doing on the site and upload it as feedback, so the team sees exactly what you saw.
Capturing a Recording
On the live site with the feedback widget open, choose to record your screen instead of dropping a single pin. Your browser will ask which tab, window, or full screen you want to share.
Who Can Record
Screen recording is available to reviewers leaving feedback, including guests on an open project. Guests can record without creating an account, and can optionally add an email afterward to get follow-up on their submission.
Upload Size Limits
Each recording is uploaded and stored against the project owner's plan. Two limits apply:
After You Record
An uploaded recording becomes a feedback item just like a pin. It appears on the feedback board and Kanban lanes, can be assigned an owner, labels, and a due date, and moves through the same statuses from open to resolved. The team can reply on the thread and attach proof of the fix, and you can confirm it's addressed or reopen it if the problem remains.
