Filtering and Searching Feedback
When a project collects a lot of pins, filters and search let you narrow the board down to exactly the feedback you care about right now — one status, one page, one person's work, or a single phrase. Every filter you apply is reflected in the page link, so a filtered view can be reloaded or shared and it reproduces the same list.
What You Can Filter By
The filter controls sit above the feedback list. You can combine several at once — for example, open bugs assigned to you on the checkout page — and the list updates to match all of them together.
Searching by Text
Use the search box to match words inside the feedback itself. Type a phrase and the list keeps only the comments whose text contains it. Search works alongside your other filters, so you can search within a status or a single page rather than across the whole project.
Applying Filters on the Board or the List
The same filters apply whether you're looking at the list view or the Kanban board. To narrow your feedback:
How Many Results You See
In the list view, results are paginated: the count shows how many comments match your current filters in total, and you can move through pages or adjust how many appear at once. The Kanban board shows all matching cards across its status lanes without paging.
