Voting and Reacting
Voting and reactions let everyone weigh in on feedback without adding another comment. An upvote signals that a pin matters or that several people have hit the same issue, while emoji reactions add quick, lightweight acknowledgement to comments and videos.
Upvoting a Comment
Every feedback pin carries an upvote control. Click the thumbs-up on a comment to add your vote; click it again to remove it. The count next to it reflects how many people have upvoted that pin, so the ones drawing the most attention rise to the surface.
Upvotes are useful when you want to prioritise without debating in the thread — a client and two teammates all upvoting the same pin is a clear signal it should be worked first.
Adding Emoji Reactions
Reactions work on both feedback comments and uploaded review videos. Pick an emoji to react — a thumbs-up to confirm, a checkmark to agree it's handled, or any other emoji to add tone that a plain reply can't. React again to switch or remove your choice.
On videos, reactions let reviewers respond to a whole clip at a glance, separate from the time-stamped notes they leave at specific moments.
Who Can Vote and React
Voting and reacting are open to everyone with access to a comment, regardless of role:
Votes and Reactions Are Not a Decision
An upvote raises a pin's visibility but does not change its status — moving feedback through open, in progress, completed and resolved is still a deliberate action taken by the team and confirmed by the client. Treat votes as input for prioritising, and reactions as acknowledgement, then use status changes and replies to actually drive an item to done.
