Reviewing Videos
Video review lets you upload a clip and leave notes pinned to exact moments in it, so feedback lands on the right second instead of a vague description. It works the same way pins do on a live site, but the canvas is your video timeline.
Uploading a Video
A video-review project holds the clips your team and clients will comment on. To add one:
Leaving Time-Stamped Notes
Play the clip and pause at the moment you want to comment on. When you leave a note, it captures the current timecode — shown as "at: m:ss" — so anyone opening the comment can jump straight back to that exact frame. Each note behaves like any other feedback item: it can carry a body, a label, a type and a severity, and it moves through the same statuses as pins on a website.
You can also react to a video or a note with emoji, and reply on the thread to discuss or confirm a fix.
Tracking Video Feedback
Video notes flow into the same board as the rest of your project feedback. From there you can move each note from open to in progress to completed to resolved, assign an owner, add labels and tags, and set a due date. Clicking a note takes you back to the video at its timecode so you can verify the change in context.
Who Can See Which Videos
Access to videos can be granted per member, so not everyone on a project necessarily sees every clip. When you invite someone, the project owner decides which videos they can open and comment on.
