Confirming and Reopening Feedback
When a team marks your feedback as completed, the final call is yours: confirm the fix looks right, or reopen the item if it still isn't working. This is how your comments reach a true close, so the team knows nothing is left hanging on your side.
When You'll See the Choice
As a client, you see the comments you left on the site. Once a teammate has worked an item and moved it to completed, that comment is waiting on your confirmation. You'll typically be pointed to it by an in-app notification and, where you added one, an email follow-up. Any proof-of-fix the team attached — a note, a screenshot, or a short recording — appears in the comment's reply thread so you can check the change before deciding.
Confirming Feedback Is Resolved
When you're happy the issue is fixed:
A resolved comment is closed out and drops off the list of things still needing your attention. The team is notified that you've signed off.
Reopening Feedback That Isn't Fixed
If the change doesn't solve what you flagged, reject it to reopen the item and send it back to the team. When you reopen, you can add a short reason so the team knows what's still wrong. Two quick-fill phrases are offered for the notes people write most often:
You can also type your own reason instead. Reopening moves the comment back into the team's queue so they can pick it up again.
Replying, Voting, and Reacting
Confirming and reopening aren't your only options on a comment. You can also reply in the thread to ask a question or add context, upvote a comment to signal it matters, and add an emoji reaction. These work at any stage, whether the item is still open or already completed and waiting on you.
